TINC (Tech Incubator) is tailored to ambitious Nordic entrepreneurs who want to scale globally – and learn from Silicon Valley's unique culture of collaboration and innovation. Through workshops, guidance and feedback, participants receive tools and insights to develop a scaling strategy.
Our unique network of mentors, investors, and founders provide TINC participants with real and honest insight into what it takes to succeed on a global stage.

Dates for the TINC Fall 2025 program:

• Applications open from June 20, 2025 to August 30, 2025
• Interviews from August 20
• In-person kick-off in Oslo - October 23 and 24
• Virtual program – November 3 - 21
• In-Person Week in Silicon Valley – December 1 - 5
• Demo Day - December 4

• Workshops and pitch training - companies get the chance to work through the challenges the start-up is facing with others. They learn how to rig their business for long-term rapid growth. They will receive help in validating their technology and business model in this highly competitive market. Practice their skills in pitching their business-ideas to peers and venture capitalists alike.
  
• Mentoring - They will meet weekly with our top mentors, and advisors from Silicon Valley. During both group and individual sessions our advisors and mentors share their knowledge to help the start-up accelerate and grow.
  
• Build networks in Silicon Valley - Our team will assist with connecting participants to the business ecosystem of Silicon Valley. This is the most innovative tech region in the world, and the center of the global tech industry, world class universities and the greatest concentration of venture capital in the world.
