Trade Mission
TINC (Tech Incubator Silicon Valley) is an intensive five-week scaling programme that helps Nordic technology companies to validate product-market fit and uncover their global scaling potential.
TINC is tailored to ambitious Nordic entrepreneurs who want to scale globally – and learn from Silicon Valley's unique culture of collaboration and innovation. Through workshops, guidance and feedback, participants receive tools and insights to develop a scaling strategy.
Our unique network of mentors, investors, and founders provide TINC participants with real and honest insight into what it takes to succeed on a global stage.

TINC Spring 2026 timeline:
• Applications open: January 6 – February 17, 2026
• Interviews: starting February 1
• In-person kickoff (Oslo): April 8–9
• Virtual program: April 20 – May 15
• In-person in Silicon Valley: May 18–23
• Optional in-person week: May 25–29

Chall
Companies must adhere to standards for responsible business conduct, including Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria.
Participants are expected to operate in accordance with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises on Responsible Business Conduct. This entails conducting business responsibly, respecting human rights, ensuring decent working conditions, safeguarding environmental considerations, and actively preventing corruption.
Companies must carry out their own due diligence assessments (risk assessments) to identify, prevent, and mitigate potential adverse impacts.
