Note: This service is available for groups looking to travel for commercial/trade purposes, it is not available for groups looking to travel for primary or secondary school trips and/or for tourism.

Practical information

However, your delegation is responsible for all expenses related to your travels and stay in Norway, including local transport, meals and accommodation.
Once your request is submitted, a team reviews the request and will be in touch to approve or deny the request. Processing time is up to two weeks.
Due to limited capacity or industry response, we may not be able to fulfil each and every request.
If we are unable to assist directly, we will do our best to connect you with relevant partners who may be able to help.
