Lofotlam is a culinary speciality distinguished by its quality and flavour, shaped by the unique nature of Lofoten. Over thousands of years, the green mountain slopes have developed a distinctive flora – pastureland made up of nutrient-rich herbs and lush grasses, naturally salted by the sea carried in by wind and storms. Fresh seaweed from the Arctic Ocean is also a natural part of the grazing foundation for our animals.
