Innovation Norway (IN) and the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Canada invite Norwegian companies to exhibit as part of a Norwegian Delegation at the Canadian Ferry Association Conference, taking place in Ottawa, Ontario (Canada) from September 20–22, 2026.

Participation Fees

Exhibition Fee

  • Early bird: NOK 30,000 per company
  • After March 1, 2026: NOK 40,000 per company (subject to availability)
  • Second person from same company: NOK 10,000
  • Optional B2B introductions to 3-5 contacts among ferry operators: NOK 20,000**

**Results are not guaranteed. Innovation Norway will make a formal attempt to secure meetings by providing a brief company profile and requesting meetings.

Sponsorship Visibility

Gold Sponsorship includes:

  • A 10‑minute speaking opportunity for Innovation Norway or the Embassy of Norway to introduce the delegation companies during the conference program.

Additional Networking Opportunity

Innovation Norway aims to arrange a private networking event prior to the CFA Welcome Reception at the Residence of the Norwegian Ambassador.

  • Subject to availability of the Ambassador and residence
  • Small additional cost to cover food and beverages

This entails conducting business responsibly, respecting human rights, ensuring decent working conditions, safeguarding environmental considerations, and actively preventing corruption.

Companies must carry out their own due diligence assessments (risk assessments) to identify, prevent, and mitigate potential adverse impacts.
