Nordic Battery Summit 2025
24 September 2025 - 25 September 2025, 12:00 - 16:00 GMT+01:00
Seminar
Welcome to the Nordic Battery Summit. Meet with Nordic companies and research institutes and get the latest updates from the Nordics.
The Nordic Battery Summit aims to gather the battery ecosystem in the Nordics, the companies, municipalities and research institutions, in order for them to learn from and inspire each other, and to create new and valuable connections.
This Nordic regional gathering takes place in Norway on September 24th- 25th, 2025, at the Norwegian Defence Research Establishment (FFI), 15 minutes from the airport of Oslo and 15 minutes from Oslo city.
During the 1½ day program, you will listen to inspiring speakers, meet and network with Nordic companies and regions, share insights and join site visits.
The topics this year are
- Next generation batteries, focusing on future materials and components
- Recycling and reuse
The event is organized by the Nordic Battery Collaboration, comprised of Business Finland, Business Sweden and Innovation Norway, with support from Nordic Innovation and the European Battery Alliance. One of the goals of the Nordic Battery Collaboration is to build a strong battery ecosystem in the Nordics. We have held similar, and very successful, regional gatherings in Norway (Arendal), Sweden (Skövde) and Finland (Salo/Turku, Vaasa) these past four years.

NOTE: Due to limited number of seats for the site visits and more participants than expected at the summit, not all will be offered to join the site visits.
