The Norwegian business delegation to COP31 will share Norwegian expertise and solutions, build strategic partnerships and explore opportunities that can help scale climate and nature solutions globally.
It is high time for action, and COP31 is expected to focus strongly on implementation, investment and international cooperation. Building on the ambition of turning climate commitments into tangible results, COP31 will bring together governments, businesses, investors, researchers and civil society from around the world to accelerate the transition to a low-carbon and climate-resilient future.

The Norwegian business delegation will showcase Norwegian technologies, expertise and business models while exploring opportunities for collaboration, investment and market development. By engaging with governments, investors, international organisations and business leaders, we aim to strengthen partnerships that can accelerate the green transition and support implementation of the Paris Agreement.
The delegation brings together companies and organisations from a wide range of sectors, offering diverse expertise and perspectives. Together, we seek to contribute to climate action while promoting sustainable development, innovation and competitiveness.
The delegation is coordinated by Innovation Norway, in close collaboration with relevant ministries, public agencies, business organisations and delegation partners. Innovation Norway facilitates participation, networking, visibility and knowledge sharing before, during and after COP31, helping Norwegian companies and organisations make the most of the opportunities the conference provides.
About COP31
The Conference of the Parties (COP) is the supreme decision-making body of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). All Parties to the Convention are represented at the COP, where progress on global climate action is reviewed and negotiated.
COP31 will take place in Antalya, Türkiye, from 9–20 November 2026, with the World Leaders' Summit scheduled for 11–12 November 2026. Alongside the formal negotiations, the conference brings together governments, businesses, investors, research institutions, civil society organisations and other stakeholders working to accelerate implementation of the Paris Agreement and advance practical climate solutions
