Doors and ventilation units
Møre Trafo's doors and ventilation units are specially designed for transformer rooms in buildings, but are also suitable for other technical plant rooms. They are available in a range of standard versions, as well as in bespoke dimensions and specifications to meet individual customer requirements. Manufactured from extruded, natural anodised aluminium profiles, they provide a stable, corrosion-resistant solution that requires minimal maintenance.Made in Norway certified
Transformers
Møre Trafo manufactures oil-immersed transformers for utilities, industry and railway applications at 50, 60 and 16⅔ Hz. The product range covers most requirements up to 36 kV and 4000 kVA. As from 1 July 2015, the transformers comply with EU Regulation 548/2014 – Tier 1. Choose Ao or EU548. Ao refers to the loss class for no-load losses (Po). The lowest load loss class is Ak, medium losses are classified as Bk, and maximum load losses as Ck. As from 1 July 2021, only loss class AAo (= Ao -10%) and Ak apply – Tier 2 EU 548/2014, Table 1.1. In addition, EU 1783 is applicable together with EN 50708-2-1.Made in Norway certified
Substations
FLEX substations are externally operated and accommodate transformer sizes of up to 800 kVA, while MAXI substations are internally operated. The MAXI range features a modular design and can be supplied in a wide variety of configurations. All Møre Trafo substations can be delivered with a separate external compartment for AMS (Advanced Metering System) equipment.
