Gateway to the Saudi market
Saudi Maritime & Logistics Congress is the largest gathering of maritime and logistics industry professionals in the Kingdom. With over 10,000 visitors expected for the 2025 event, exhibiting provides the opportunity to place your company products and services in front of some of the region’s key decision makers.
We have secured a good location in the floor plan to anchor a Norwegian presence at the event and create add-on programs.
We will have an open concept pavilion and budgeted to sign 10 to 12 spaces in this plot at a cost of US$ ±6,750 per space, meaning a company can request one or more of these spaces (allowed max 2 representatives per space). Please note, this is our preliminary estimate; we will try to keep the costs as low as possible depending on how many companies join us.
We provide a high-quality turn-key stand. Instead of organizing the booth, you can focus on market activities. We would like to emphasize that this is a non-profit project. We don’t offer space only solutions.
Included in the participation fee:
- Exhibition space
- Building/construction/mantling/dismantling
- Basic furniture, floor carpets, walls, lighting, power, carpet, logo and printing wall illustrations
- 42-inch TV screen
- Small common self-catering area
- High visibility through joint Norwegian profiling
- Project management
- Participate in networking functions
- Site visits before the exhibition days (TBC)
Additional equipment or other requirements - if can be accommodated - must be covered by each participating company.

Joining as visiting delegates only:
Similar to previous year, Team Norway is considering organizing additional activities outside the exhibition 29 Sep to 1 Oct such as a Networking Reception, yard visit(s) and/or the opportunity for a presentation platform before the exhibition.
- Join as delegate plus get access to the pavilion and have your company logo presented at the pavilion logo wall at an estimated cost of US$ 2,400.
- Join as delegates only at an estimate cost of US$ 1,200.
