Saudi Maritime & Logistics Congress is the largest gathering of maritime and logistics industry professionals in the Kingdom. With over 15,000 visitors expected for the 2026 event, exhibiting provides the opportunity to place your company products and services in front of some of the region’s key decision makers.

We have secured a good location in the floorplan to anchor a Norwegian presence at the event and create add-on programs.

• Approx. US$ ±8,750 for a “Meet and Greet Stand” - max 2 representatives
• Approx. US$ ±1,525/sqm for space requirement above 12sqm

Please note, this is our preliminary estimate; we will try to keep the costs as low as possible depending on how many companies join us.

We provide a high-quality turn-key stand. Instead of organizing the booth, you can focus on market activities. We don’t offer space only solutions.

• Building/construction/mantling/dismantling
• Basic furniture, floor carpets, walls, lighting, power, carpet, logo and printing wall illustrations
• 42-inch TV screen
• Shared meeting room, lounge and catering area
• High visibility through joint Norwegian profiling
• Project management
• Participate in networking functions

Additional equipment or other requirements - if can be accommodated - must be covered by each participating company.

Note! We have limited space and will allocate them on a first come, first served basis.

Similar to previous year, Team Norway is considering organizing additional activities outside the exhibition 15 Sep to 16 Oct such as a Networking Reception and the opportunity to visit maritime player(s) before the exhibition days.

• Join as delegate plus get access to the pavilion and have your company logo presented at the pavilion logo wall at an estimated cost of US$ 3,000
• Join as delegates only at an estimate cost of US$ 1,500
