All exhibitor staff (with their valid staff pass or conference pass) will have access to the exhibition halls from 08:00 every day.

All exhibitors will have access to the pavilion on Sunday 2 November (08:00-20:00) for final preperations/set-up. Note! You will need a high-visibility vest to access the halls

• Login to the Exhibitor Online Manual to order your badges.
• Your log in credentials have been sent to the email address provided upon contract signing. If you have not received this information, please contact operations@adipec.com
• An exhibitor badge gives you access to the exhibition halls during buildup, show open days and breakdown
• The exhibitor badge registration will all be online through the exhibitor manual. Once you submit your badges you will receive a link with a QR code to the email address registered with the exhibitor name, this QR code will be used to print the badges onsite.
• The registration desks and fast track scanners will be located at Hall 7
• The number of badges available corresponds directly with the space booked and is calculated 1 badge for every 3 SQM. If you have different colleagues on different days, they will still have to be registered individually within your available allocation
• To order additional badges, please go to Additional Exhibitor Badge Form. A fee of USD40/- incl. VAT may be applicable for additional badges outside your allocation
• To register, please prepare your passport/Emirates ID copy and a photo of 45mmH x 35mmW on JPEG format and less than 2MB in size.

• All exhibitors will have access to the lounge & Hospitality area on the second floor og stand number 9150 at the Norway Pavilion
• There will be served lunch and soft drinks/coffee all day during the expo show hours. Lunch serves from 11:00 each day. Lunch service is included in the stand fee
• Feel free to bring your clients for sit-down lunch meetings. Non-pavilion attendees must be accompanied by an exhibitor to have access to the area. Please note there is a limited seating availability during peak-hours
• Note! There will be a private event on the lounge area on Wednesday 5 November from 15:00-15:45

We have a meeting room available for all the exhibitors at the pavilion on the second floor of Stand 9150 at the Norway Pavilion

Capacity: 6 pax seated

Set-up: Wall mounted screen, HDMI cables and El. Sockets. Just plug in your computer or USB

• You can pre-book the meeting room during the expo hours in 30 min. slots from 10:00-18:30 | Request for meeting room to Thomas.Bjerkmann@innovasjonnorge.no
• If you have several requests, please make a priority so we are able to accommodate all exhibitors
• You can also book the meeting room onsite at the info desk in Stand 9150
• If you have been allocated a time slot for a mmeting you are not able to conduct, please let us know so we can reschedule

There is no dedicated Wi-Fi for the Norway Pavilion

'Open Air' Wireless is offered throughout the exhibition centre so you can easily and conveniently connect to the internet using your laptop or internet enabled devices

Please complete the Telecom Internet & Data Form for orders if you require a dedicated network for your stand

Wi-Fi cards can also be purchased from the business center

Emergency Medical Services (EMS)

The EMS station is located in the main concourse between Exhibition Halls 1 & 2 and between Halls 7 & 8. If you need assistance during your time at ADNEC, call the Command Control Centre on +971 (0)2 406 4444 ore Extension 4444 for assistance. If you have no telephone, you can speak to the nearest member of the ADNEC security staff who will assist you.

In case of a medical emergency

• Give the location of the casualty and details of the injury sustained
• The Control Room will arrange for the First Aid Staff to attend the location immediately
• Remain with the injured person until the arrival of the medical staff in order to provide vital information they may require about the incident.

The EMS team is available from 08:00 to 22:00 during build-up and tear-down. During event days, this service is operational from 1 hour prior to the start of the event until 1 hour after the event closure.

Innovation Norway and Norwegian Promotion Group (NPG) unfortunately cannot assist with the transportation of models or other items for your stand. You are fully responsible for the delivery and return of the goods, as well as the storage of empty boxes, etc.
