Euromaritime aims to be the platform for shipbuilding and inland waterway construction, maritime technology, security and environment, ports development and equipment.

We have the ambition for the Norwegian Pavilion to emphasize the development of a sustainable, safe, and competitive maritime technology.

Innovation Norway has secured a good location in the floor plan to anchor a strong Norwegian presence at the event and favor visibility and engagement. It will be an open concept pavilion and budgeted to sign 5 to 6 spaces. Companies banners will be present on each stand with a video rolling on the main screen of the pavilion, surrounded by "Norway" banners.

Exhibitors in the Norwegian Pavilion are entitled to:

• Exhibitor pass (3 days)
• Exhibition space (3 days)
• Stand construction/dismantling and project management
• Registration in the official catalog and on the show website
• High visibility through joint Norwegian presence
• Furniture (one booth per company), floor carpets, walls, lighting, power, logo and unique printing wall illustrations. Specific/tailored customization is possible per company upon request
• Common self-catering area
• Participate in networking functions
• Access to small meeting area at the pavilion
• Workshop as a side event to the exhibition.
• Panel discussion in collaboration with Maritime Cleantech and Pole Mer Méditerranée clusters.

Participation fee will be max. 70'000 NOK, with a potential decreasing price as we add more participants. Please note, this is an estimate; we will keep the costs as low as possible depending on how many companies join the pavilion.

N.B. The participation fee will cover direct costs related to the Norwegian Pavilion. All participants are responsible for their own travel-related reservations and fees, such as hotel and flights.

Innovation Norway can provide tailored active support, from 20 to 30 hours (2020 NOK/hr or 1010 NOK/hr if SME) :

• Preparation to french business culture and pitching advice
• Specific WhatsApp group that highlight key meetings, contacts and invite only events
• Review the attendee list to highlight key targets that match your targets
• Provide a tailored outreach message that your company can use to schedule meetings
• Create a document showcasing all the attendees that were reached out to, all connections made and finally all meetings set
• We provide active support in every meeting scheduled
• After the exhibition we provide all meeting notes and contact information for connections made
• Conduct an after conference meeting to discuss the take aways and best next steps
• Conduct follow up on your behalf if useful
