Join us at Euromaritime 2026 (3-5 February 2026)

Euromaritime aims to be the platform for shipbuilding and inland waterway construction, maritime technology, security and environment, ports development and equipment.

We have the ambition for the Norwegian Pavilion to emphasize the development of a sustainable, safe, and competitive maritime technology.

We have secured a good location in the floor plan to anchor a Norwegian presence at the event and favor visibility and engagement.

We will have an open concept pavilion and budgeted to sign 4 to 5 spaces, to begin with, at a cost of ±5 000 euros per stand, with a decreasing price as we add more participants. Please note, this is our preliminary estimate; we will try to keep the costs as low as possible depending on how many companies join us, as the cost is sliding per square meter as we add on more participants, prices are expected to go down as the pavilion grows bigger.

Exhibitors in the Norwegian Pavilion are entitled to:

• Exhibitor pass (3 days)
• Exhibition space (3 days)
• Stand construction/dismantling and project management
• Registration in the official catalog and on the show website
• High visibility through joint Norwegian presence
• Furniture (one booth per company), floor carpets, walls, lighting, power, logo and unique printing wall illustrations. Specific/tailored customization is possible per company upon request
• Common self-catering area
• Participate in networking functions
• Access to small meeting area at the pavilion
• If we secure enough companies before July 2025, we can organise a Norwegian panel discussion during the event, exclusive to the participants of the pavilion.

N.B. The participation fee will cover direct costs related to the Norwegian Pavilion. All participants are responsible for their own travel-related reservations and fees, such as hotel and flights.

Notes to Norwegian startups
