Time Schedule and Show Hours:
- Monday 21 September: 10am to 7pm
- Tuesday 22 September: 10am to 7pm
- Wednesday 23 September: 10am to 7pm
- Thursday 24 September: 10am to 7pm
Note! Exhibitor badge holders will have access to the hall from 08:00 every day
- Floor Plan Pavilion
- The pavilion will be ready on Sunday 20 September, 02:00 p.m and exhibitors will be able to access the expo/pavilion for final set-up
- There is a 2 meeting rooms available (8 pax) with monitors for exhibitors at the pavilion. The room can be booked pre-event or onsite based on availability
- Soft Drinks and small bites will be served throughout the expo in the Norway Pavilion hospitality area/counter
- There will be a dedicated Wi-Fi for the Norway Pavilion (SSID and password will be handed out on the opening day)
You (main contacts) will receive information about the set-up of your stand with deadlines for graphics directly from MB Exhibit (appointed stand builder).

Update your company profile in the Exhibitor Hub using your E-mail address (main contact for your Innovation Norway sign-up registration) and create your own password:
Contracted Exhibitors receive a complimentary full listing, which includes:
- Company Name
- Booth Number
- Website URL
- Company Address, Phone Numbers
- Online Profile (limit 500 Characters)
- 6 Product Categories (online only)
Badge allocation per company:
- Stand Booth 9-50 Sqm: 5 badges
- Delegate package/Time Slot: 2 Badges
Extra badges needed can be subject to an extra fee.
Innovation Norway will pick-up all badges jointly and will set-up our own pick-up counter. More information about pick-up points and timing will follow
Riocentro has a large parking lot for the common use of exhibitors, visitors, and suppliers. Parking logistics are the sole responsibility of Riocentro.
In accordance with Riocentro rules, we inform you that parking at the docks is strictly prohibited. The dock area is for loading and unloading only. After completing their work, exhibitors/assemblers must park in the designated areas.
Exhibitor badges or any other event badges do not grant free access to the Riocentro parking lot. Parking is paid, and its administration and operation are the responsibility of Riocentro's official supplier, according to the current price list.

We recommend travellers from Norway to stay near the Barra da Tijuca area as this is closer to the Riocentro (approx 20-25 minutes by car).
