Join the Norway Pavilion at Seafood Processing Global (SPG) Barcelona

As in previous years, we offer stand spaces from 10 sqm to 70 sqm (see ‘Participation Fee’ for details).

Regular stand package

Stand participation from 10 sqm to 70 sqm is between EUR 760 - 800 per sq m. excl. VAT.*

• Turnkey stand at the pavilion
• Stand construction/dismantling and project management
• Walls with graphics and printings, lighting, power, carpet, basic furniture according to the stand size
• Exhibitor passes for your staff (number of passes will depend on size of your stand)
• Lunch package every day to your staff
• Access to common lounge area with coffee/tea, water, beer, and snacks available to all exhibitors
• Company profile on the exhibitor list (app/web)
• High visibility through joint Norwegian profiling
• Access to networking events and activities at the fair organized by Team Norway

*The participation fee will cover direct costs related to the Norway Pavilion. The final participation fee will depend on the exchange rate between NOK and EUR. All participants are responsible for their own travel-related expenses, such as hotels, flights and additional equipment. This event is subsidized by Innovation Norway under the De-minimis rules and regulations and participation is therefore not eligible for support through the trade fair grant scheme.

The cost of print and mounting your graphic design is included in the "all-inclusive small packages". Printing and mounting of graphic design for large stand spaces are not included and can be ordered through our stand constructor.

This year 35 000 buyers, suppliers, media, and seafood professionals attended from more than 150 countries around the world. Seafood Processing Global, held alongside Seafood Expo Global, serves the global market for seafood processing equipment, services, packaging and logistics.

Innovation Norway will be organising a Norway Pavilion at the SPG. We will host Norway’s premier seafood processing businesses in our stand. Positioned in a prominent location in Hall 3 at Fira Barcelona, our high quality, turn-key Norway Pavilion offers prime visibility.

Ensure your company is perfectly placed to attract as many networking opportunities with suppliers, buyers, and industry professionals as possible. Foreign companies interested in Norway’s expertise and culture know where to head as the Norway Pavilion is clearly signposted.

We look forward to hearing from you and hosting your participation. There is a limited total space available, and we cannot guarantee availability, requested amount of sqm stand space or indeed the same location as previous years because of high demand. We will of course do our best to accommodate your stand application. You will receive an offer for stand space in the weeks after the deadline has passed.

You will receive a stand overview/stand map and stand no. so that you can start preparations for the individual stand. The project manager will eventually contact all the exhibitors with follow-up on special needs, graphic design and other relevant information.
