Join Team Norway at WindEurope Annual Event 2025

Team Norway will yet again organise a Norway Pavilion, networking functions, and meeting activities with major offshore wind players at WindEurope’s 2025 Annual Event in Copenhagen 8-10 April.

Join Team Norway at WindEurope Annual Event 2025 where Team Norway is proud to showcase the pinnacle of Norwegian innovation and expertise in offshore wind technology.

Norway Pavilion

Regular stand space: 1 wall that’s approximately 1.5 m wide and 2.5 m high: NOK 80 000 - 86 000

Large stand space: Either 1 wall that’s approximately 2.5 m wide and 2.5 m high or two walls that are approximately 2 m wide, creating a corner: NOK 160 000 - 170 000.

Logo on a shared wall with other companies: NOK 25 000 - 28 000.

Delegation
Participation in Team Norway`s side events:
Early Birds price per person until 31 January: NOK 4 000.
Regular price per person from 1 February: NOK 5 500.

The following is included in the delegation package:

  • Invitation to the Norwegian get-together dinner 7 April.
  • Invitation to Team Norway`s exclusive reception in cooperation with the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Copenhagen on 8 April.
  • Minimum 1 business mixer at the Norway Pavilion.
  • Thematic sessions at the pavilion (2-4 sessions per day).
  • B2B meetings.

Please note that a visitor pass to WindEurope Annual Event is not included in the delegation package.

Exhibiting companies at the Norway Pavilion will, in addition to 1-2 invitations to the delegation programme, get the following:

  • Stand construction.
  • Printing of graphic design.
  • Table and chairs.
  • Access to a meeting area at the pavilion.
  • 1-3 free exhibitor passes including lunch (amount depending on stand type).
  • Warm and cold beverages at the pavilion (barista).
  • Marketing through Team Norway’s social media channels.

All participants are responsible for their travel related reservations and fees, i.e. hotel, flights etc.
