Happening every two years, SIAL is the world’s largest food and food innovation trade show. It is a key event for connecting with international suppliers and retailers. Join us as an exhibitor at the Norwegian Pavilion and showcase your excellence! The Norwegian Pavilion will be fully dedicated to seafood, creating a unified theme that makes it easier to attract relevant stakeholders.

Programme elements

As a world leading event, it gathers the full value chain of the food industry. It’s a great opportunity to expand your exports, and create strategic partnerships. It is the only food trade show where the French groceries and retailers participate systematically in France (E.Leclerc, Intermarché, Systeme U, Carrefour, Lidl, Auchan, Aldi, Monoprix, Cora and Grand frais). Hence it is a unique opportunity to access the French market.

Key figures:

  • 310 000+ Industry participants
  • 130+ countries represented
  • 7500 Exhibitors present
  • 650 Startups present

Why Exhibit at SIAL?

  • Maximize international visibility in front of key decision-makers from retail, foodservice, and major importers actively seeking premium seafood.
  • A collective profile means shared impact. Wins such as Vaag Seafood’s 2024 award, help lift the entire pavilion by bringing more visitors and interest to all exhibitors
  • Access to networking opportunities with global buyers

About the Pavilion:

Innovation Norway in France, in collaboration with the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Paris and the Norwegian Seafood Council (Team Norway) has secured a good location in the seafood hall to anchor a strong Norwegian presence. By having all companies related to seafood, it will be easier to benefit from each other’s presence and attract relevant stakeholders. By joining the pavilion, you will meet key buyers from France, across Europe, as well from Asia, the Middle East, and the Americas.
