Join Team Norway at Seafood EXPO Global (SEG) 2025

Seafood Expo Global/Seafood Processing Global is the world’s largest seafood trade event.

The trade fair will take place from May 6 to 8, 2025 in Barcelona. Seafood Expo Global is the annual highlight of the industry calendar. Last year, more than 35 000 seafood professionals and over 2 200 exhibitors attended from 150 countries around the world. That includes buyers, suppliers, media, and seafood experts.

Innovation Norway will again be organizing a Norway Pavilion at the SEG. We will host Norway’s top seafood and aquaculture businesses in our 1 410 sqm. stand. Positioned in a central location in Hall 2 of Fira Barcelona, the Norway Pavilion offers prime visibility.

We provide a high-quality turn-key stand. You will have your own booth according to square meters booked and confirmed. Instead of organizing the booth, you can focus on market activities.

As in previous years, we offer company stand spaces from 12 sqm to 100 sqm. Estimated stand fee is between EUR 860 - 1000 per sq m. excl. VAT.*

What’s included in the participation fee:

• Exhibition space at the pavilion
• Stand construction/dismantling and project management
• Walls, lighting, power, carpet, basic furniture according to the stand size
• Exhibitor passes
• High visibility through joint Norwegian profiling
• Company Profile / Online Exhibitor Directory
• Access to the restaurant providing Norwegian seafood bufeet during the entire expo - a place to sit down to have lunch meetings with clients. (Each company’s consumption in the restaurant will be invoiced after the exhibition.)
• Networking Event (Monday 5. May the day before trade show)

*The participation fee will cover direct costs related to the Norway Pavilion. The final participation fee will depend on the exchange rate between NOK and EUR. All participants are responsible for their own travel-related expenses, such as hotels, flights and additional equipment.The cost of printing and mounting of graphic design for individual stand spaces are not included and can be ordered through our stand constructor.
