DIHAD brings together key decision-makers from prominent NGOs, UN agencies, charity organizations, and government bodies, alongside private sector providers in aid, nutrition, energy, healthcare, and construction, to collaborate on addressing the needs of communities and nations impacted by crises, disasters, and natural calamities.
Programme elements
The participation fee below will cover all direct costs related to exhibiting under the Norwegian Pavilion. All participants are responsible for their own travel-related reservations and fees such as hotel and flights.
Join the Norway Pavilion
Our goal is to promote Norwegian sustainable solutions in the humanitarian sector, bringing them closer to the decision makers in UN and other NGOs offices in Dubai which decide on new projects in Asia and Africa including the Middle East.
The pavilion will also give Norwegian participants the opportunity to register at DIHAD Hub - https://dihad.org/dihad-hub/
The DIHAD Partnership Hub “Match & Meet Program” provides International NGOs, Government Entities, Charities, Agencies and Foundations, with the opportunity to meet the suppliers of products and services from the Humanitarian Aid and Development world.
Additionally, we are hosting a networking dinner on the second day of the event, where we will invite various stakeholders from the humanitarian sector. The dinner will be sponsored by the Norwegian Embassy in the UAE.

Practicalities
Once registered, we will need to have the following files for profiling:
- Company Logo
- Video (optional)
- Poster: You may share one or two posters. The dimensions for each poster are 0.4m x 0.7m. If you cannot adjust the size of a poster you already have, we can ask our design company to take care of this.
- Brochures - If you have a brochure you want to print, please share a digital copy.
- Badges - We will finally need the contacts of the exhibitors to issue exhibitor badges for them.

Companies must adhere to standards for responsible business conduct, including Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria.
Participants are expected to operate in accordance with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises on Responsible Business Conduct. This entails conducting business responsibly, respecting human rights, ensuring decent working conditions, safeguarding environmental considerations, and actively preventing corruption.
Companies must carry out their own due diligence assessments (risk assessments) to identify, prevent, and mitigate potential adverse impacts.
