Norway Pavilion at ReBuild Ukraine 2023

Take part in the Norwegian Pavilion at ReBuild Ukraine in Warsaw, 14-15 November 2023. The Norwegian Pavilion is organised by Innovation Norway, the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprises (NHO), the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Kyiv and the Norwegian-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce (NUCC).

At the previous exhibition ReBuild Ukraine in Warsaw in February 2023, it was clear that Europe stands behind Ukraine, providing both immediate aid and long-term support for the country's reconstruction efforts. The exhibition brought together representatives from 22 countries, over 300 companies, as well as Ukrainian municipalities, highlighting the enormous needs and opportunities in Ukraine.

Be part of our joint pavilion at the upcoming exhibition to showcase your company's expertise and solutions in crucial areas such as energy, infrastructure, homes, heating, water supply, and more. By participating, you'll have the opportunity to connect and network with potential Ukrainian partners, European organizations, and financial institutions. You will be able to get valuable insights into the current and future situation in Ukraine, allowing you to visualize how your company can support and do business during this challenging time. Additionally, joining us positions your company as an early mover, ready to seize opportunities as the necessary financial instruments and support are established.

We invite companies specializing in energy and infrastructure development, housing and construction, heating and water supply solutions, heavy machinery and equipment, financial institutions and investment firms, digitalization and technology providers. Other sectors with an interest in contributing to Ukraine's rebuilding efforts are also welcomed.

We have booked a 60 sqm stand space to anchor a Norwegian presence at the event and create add-on programs.

We will have an open concept pavilion and budgeted to sign 6-8 spaces at a cost of NOK 60 000 per space. Please note, this is our preliminary estimate; we will try to keep the costs as low as possible depending on how many companies join us. The cost estimate is based on a 50 % subisidy from Innovation Norway.

Additional equipment or other requirements - if can be accommodated - must be covered by each participating company.
