Exhibition

The largest seafood trade event in the world's biggest seafood market will be held from 29-31.October 2025, in Qingdao.

CFSE2025 estimate 41,000 seafood buyers from 120 countries will attend the China Fisheries & Seafood Expo, ready to make deals, sign contracts, and network with global leaders in the seafood industry.
In 2024, Norwegian companies exported 2,8 tonnes of seafood to China, primarily salmon, mackerel, and whitefish. China had the highest growth in value, with an increase in export value of NOK 887 million.

Norway Pavilion

The expanded Norway Pavilion (totaling 396 sqm) in 2025 will be located in a highly visible area in Exhibit Hall 8, which is dedicated to international country pavilions. This location ensures that the 'Seafood from Norway' brand and individual company booths will benefit from a steady stream of foot traffic throughout the entire show.
As a result, co-exhibiting as part of the Norway Pavilion will provide participating companies with an excellent opportunity to engage face-to-face with Asian buyers and establish lucrative business connections in the Asian market, particularly in China.

Participation Fee

Stand participation is between NOK 8500 and NOK 9800 per sq m. excl. VAT.

What’s included in the participation fee:

Exhibition space at the pavilion
Stand construction/dismantling and project management
Walls, lighting, power, carpet, basic furniture according to the stand size
Exhibitor passes
High visibility through joint Norwegian profiling
Daily cleaning of all stands
Company profile on the exhibitor list and on the App
Networking Event (the day before trade show)

*The participation fee will cover direct costs related to the Norway Pavilion. The final participation fee will depend on the exchange rate between NOK and CNY. All participants are responsible for their own travel-related expenses, such as hotels, flights and additional equipments.

The cost of printing and mounting of graphic design for individual stand spaces are not included and can be ordered through our stand constructor.
