Emergency procedures
Evacuation or partial evacuation is on the advice of the Venue. Should an emergency occur that necessitates an evacuation, an announcement will be made over the PA system. Exit the building immediately via the nearest exit point and make your way on foot to your closest Assembly Point. Please refrain from using mobile phones at this time.
Whilst at the Assembly Point you will be kept informed of developments. When the emergency has ceased you will either be invited to return to the exhibition to resume normal business or advised to return the next day – in which case you will not be permitted to return to the exhibition to collect vehicles, bags, briefcases etc.

The stand design will be ready in mid-March. We will then start the stand space allocation based on when you registered as an exhibitor. You will receive the dimensions of your stand by email from Nathalie at Messetjeneste.
The deadline for submitting your graphic design will likely be before Easter.
If you haven’t participated in previous Norway Pavilions, please send your logo in vector AI/EPS/PDF format and JPEG/PNG format, as well as a short sentence (50 characters) and a high-resolution image to Veronica.broholm@innovationnorway.no by 1 April – but the sooner, the better. This is for the looping presentation on the big screen and for the logo wall.
For those of you who will order screens, USB ports and HDMI cables will be available. Bring an adapter if you need it. Files should be in MP4 format.

No one enjoys getting stuck in exhibition traffic and it is very easy for courier drivers to refuse to deliver your items. Therefore contact the Official Logistics Provider who would be more than happy to manage this for you instead. Give them a call to see how they can help ensure a smoother onsite experience for you and your team.
Tuesday 20 may 2025 - Clear isles for cleaning
To help ensure that the aisle carpet can be laid on time and the cleaning team has a sufficient amount of time to ensure that the show is cleaned and ready for the show opening it is compulsory that all empty boxes, storage crates, ladders, unused stand fitting materials, pallets, etc. are removed from the aisle by 13:00 on that day. Any items left in the aisles after this time will be removed by DB Schenker and a 100% surcharge will apply for the removal and storage of these items. Everyone working on site must be made aware of this procedure.
