Norway Pavilion: Stand 1831, 1933 & 2131 | Hall C/D
Time Schedule and Show Hours:
- Saturday 2 May: 14:00 | Exhibitor Move-In (From 14:00 you are invited to the pavilion for checking in on your stand, final set-ups etc.)
- Sunday 3 May: Exhibition Halls are Closed
- Monday 4 May: 10:30-17:00 | Exhibition Opening Hours
- 09:00-10:30 | Opening General Session OTC 2026 Opening
- Tuesday 5 May: 09:00-17:00 | Exhibition Opening Hours
- Wednesday 6 May: 09:00 – 17:00 | Exhibition Opening Hours
- Thursday 8 May: 09:00-14:00 | Exhibition Opening Hours
Note! Exhibitor badge holders will have access to the hall from 07:00 every day
- Floor Plan Pavilion
- The pavilion will be ready on Saturday May 2, 02:00 p.m and exhibitors will be able to access the expo/pavilion for final set-up (No badge is required on move-in days)
- The Norwegian Seamens Church will again host the lounge area at the pavilion. Lunch, soft drinks and coffee/tea service throughout the expo (included in the exhibitor fee)
- There is a meeting room available (8 pax) for exhibitors. The room can be booked pre-event or onsite based on availability
- We have a storage room where you can keep your jackets/small bags/empty boxes/cases/extra hand-outs etc.
- There will be a dedicated Wi-Fi for the Norway Pavilion (SSID and password will be handed out on the opening day)
You (main contacts) will receive information about the set-up of your stand with deadlines for graphics directly from Norwegian Promotion Group (NPG).

Deadline for extra orders: 16 March
Update your company profile in the Exhibitor Hub using your E-mail address (main contact for your Innovation Norway sign-up registration) and create your own password:
Contracted Exhibitors receive a complimentary full listing, which includes:
- Company Name
- Booth Number
- Website URL
- Company Address, Phone Numbers
- Online Profile (limit 500 Characters)
- 6 Product Categories (online only)
We will register exhibitor personnel badges jointly in the system for the exhibitors of the Norway Pavilion.
Fill out the Excel-sheet (exhibitor personnel only) and return to Thomas.Bjerkmann@innovasjonnorge.no by Friday 27 March
- Fill in the columns marked with * (First Name, Last Name, E-mail, Title, Company etc. for each staff member)
Badge allocation per company:
- ≤ 9 Sqm Stand: 8 badges
- 12-40 Sqm Stand: 15 Badges
These badges will give you access to the opening session, all technical sessions and the exhibition floor (exhibitor badge holders will have access to the hall from 07:00 every day). Once the badge is registered you will receive an E-mail confirmation with a QR-code. Badges can be scanned and printed on site already 1 and 2 May from 08:00 and 4-7 May from 07:00)
Your company has 20 complimentary four-day exhibitor guest invites to send to clients and prospective clients! This will be available for you in the Exhibitor Hub. If you'd like additional guest invites, you can purchase more after you've used the 20 invites included with your booth.
Additional Guest Invitations for the 2026 Offshore Technology Conference must be PRE-PURCHASED.
- Cost of additional Guest Invites - USD 50 each.
- Invitations are good for four show days.
- Access to the exhibit floor only.
- Purchased Guest Invites are non-refundable.
- Guest Invitations will NOT be accepted for your company staff.
NRG Center can be easily accessed either by Tram (from Downtown Houston area) or Taxi/Uber

Individual Hotel Reservations for Exhibitors
To make an individual hotel reservation for OTC 2026 in Houston, TX, please enter your check-in and check-out dates and click the Search button through the Housing link for OTC 2026
If you need 5 or more rooms, please create a block reservation on the Exhibitor Group Website.
Important Date: The hotel reservation cutoff is April 9, 2026. Please book early to ensure availability, as rooms cannot be guaranteed after this date.
