Norway is emerging as a key European driver in Precision Cancer Medicine (PCM), powered by national initiatives and strong partnerships with leading European stakeholders. The Norwegian Government has a strategic plan to make Norway a preferred country for clinical trials, health innovation and industry collaboration. In 2025, Norway and Germany formalised a bilateral Health Partnership.
