Join the kickoff for the health and life science export initiative!

Innovation Norway is pleased to invite you to kick off the national export initiative on health and life science on 12 June at 14:30. The event will be livestreamed in Norwegian, and upon registration, you will receive a link to join.

The initiative is part of the export reform Hele Norge eksporterer, which aims to increase Norwegian exports (excluding oil and gas) by 50 per cent by 2030.

Under the initiative, the government, business and industry, and the business support system will collaborate to achieve this goal and promote a thriving export culture.

Measures include bolstering Invest in Norway to attract more foreign direct investment, launching joint export activities targeting key markets in close cooperation with the business sector, and developing a unified marketing strategy for the health and life science industry.

During the kickoff, we will challenge Norway’s “national team” of companies and stakeholders to identify our strengths, the global health challenges we can help to address, what it takes to succeed, and what the business community itself must contribute to accelerate the initiative. Following the introduction, there will be a panel discussion with key players in the health and life science industry.

The event is being held in collaboration with the National Export Council, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Export Finance Norway, industrial clusters, individual companies, and other organisations.
