Information for Exhibitors & Delegation Partners
Venue: Tokyo Big Sight | TOKYO BIG SIGHT -Tokyo International Exhibition Center-
How to get there: Take Yurikamome Line from Shimbashi Station to Tokyo Big Sight Station for those staying at a hotel in Shimbashi/Shiodome area. About 20 minutes.

Show Hours:
Tuesday, 17 March: 10:00 – 17:00
Wednesday, 18 March: 10:00 – 17:00
Thursday, 19 March: 10:00 – 17:00
All exhibitor and Delegation Partner staff (with their valid exhibitor) pass will have access to the exhibition halls from 08:30.
The pavilion will be ready on Monday, 16 March, around 14:00. Feel free to stop by the pavilion around that time.
- Floor Plan Pavilion
- The pavilion will be ready on Monday 16th 02:00 p.m and exhibitors will be able to access the expo/pavilion for final set-up (No badge is required on move-in days)
- Because of limited space - Roll-ups are not allowed at the pavilion for neither premium, basic and logo/delegation partners
- All company stand graphics will be ready mounted on walls and counters
- All Delegation partners will have a logodisplay at the pavilion and are free to bring brochures/leaflets etc.
- We have a small storage & wardrobe room where you can keep your jackets/small bags etc. (limited space)
- Water (still) and coffee/Tea will be served at the pavilion
- There will be a dedicated Wi-Fi for the Norway Pavilion (SSID and password will be handed out on the opening day)
You (main contacts by registration) will receive information about the set-up of your stand with deadlines for graphics directly from Thomas Bjerkmann.
Presentations for dedicated screens are best connected with a USB

- Make sure to update your company listing in the exhibitor directory

- Access to the login page from the URL above and set up your own password from "Forgot Password". Your Username (email): Main contact person's email address
- Step.1: Log in to the Exhibitor Hub and access (Badges and Participants)
- Step.2-1: If you need bulk download, register under < Upload Multiple Badges
- Step 2-2: If you need to register individually, register under < Create Single Badge

- Print out your badge directly or bring the QR-code and print onsite at Tokyo Big Sight

You can obtain a dedicated Invite link for your company from the Exhibitor Hub. All visitors must pre-register, so we recommend sending the Invite link to ensure smooth entry for your customers.

Step.1 Login the Exhibitor Hub and access to [ Invite Manager ]
Step.2 Select Visitor Badge type, copy and send your link to customers.
Step.3 You can check < Link Views> < Links Available > < Completed registrations > under [ Invite Manager ] and follow up process.
