Norway Pavilion and delegation at IPF 2024

Headed into its eleventh year, the International Offshore Wind Partnering Forum (IPF) is the premier offshore wind energy conference in North America. The US offshore industry aims to become America’s next major energy source and IPF, hosted by the newly rebranded ‘Oceantic Network’ (formerly the Business Network for Offshore Wind), has emerged as the main forum for connecting global leaders and market players to local businesses in the supply chain.

In 2024, IPF will take place in New Orleans and once again Team Norway will lead a delegation of Norwegian businesses seeking to pursue opportunities in the burgeoning US market. Team Norway will facilitate B2B meetings, host a networking reception, and present a Norway Pavilion as part of the IPF expo.

$3095 Exhibitor Fee (includes one conference pass - any additional conference passes are $1595).

Pavilion pricing

Exhibitors at the Norway Pavilion are entitled to the following:

• Branding at the Norway Pavilion
  • Logo on the pavilion
  • Looping video – one screen will display a looping video highlighting exhibiting companies
  • Screen ‘take over’ - exhibitors can schedule a time to take over one of the two screens with your company’s specific content
• Listing in the IPF online directory for all exhibitors
• 3 hours of Innovation Norway support pre and/or post-conference
• Advertisement for the Norway Pavilion in Oceantic’s weekly newsletters during the lead-up to IPF that will link to a Business Norway article highlighting exhibiting companies
• Access to B2B meetings with states, developers, and tier 1 companies hosted specifically for the Norwegian delegation (meeting schedule to be announced closer to the event)
• Use of meeting room in the convention center when not in use for Team Norway events
• Norway reception hosted by Norwegian Ambassador Anniken Krutnes
• IPF passes at $1,595 discounted rate per ticket (gives access to all conference plenary sessions, workshops, networking events, and exhibition)
