These Trade Missions build on that foundation, offering companies across the value chain a chance to deepen their understanding of the market, connect with the right partners and customers and position high-quality Norwegian products for long-term success.

It is a market that values long-term partnerships, high-quality materials and timeless design – areas where Norwegian manufacturers are well positioned. With strong demand for premium, responsible alternatives, Germany presents a clear opportunity for continued export growth.

These Trade Missions are designed to deliver long-term value. Participants will benefit from targeted training, introductions to relevant buyers and partners and follow-up support from Innovation Norway’s local team in Hamburg.

Important conditions
Companies must adhere to standards for responsible business conduct, including Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria.
Participants are expected to operate in accordance with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises on Responsible Business Conduct. This entails conducting business responsibly, respecting human rights, ensuring decent working conditions, safeguarding environmental considerations, and actively preventing corruption.
Companies must carry out their own due diligence assessments (risk assessments) to identify, prevent, and mitigate potential adverse impacts.
