• Since its inception in 2015, Nuas Technology has focused on developing a gentle and energy-efficient hydrolysis process that meets the requirements for human consumption. The facility is designed to process fish by-products but can also be used to process other types of residual raw materials containing protein and fat. Several innovative solutions have led to the hydrolysis technology now being patented globally. With the slogan 'Use the Fish,' Nuas Technology aims to use practically the entire fish. Both the oil and protein are well-suited for human consumption, while the rest of the production becomes high-quality fish meal for the feed industry.
