Åse Shelving Series, “Small” Model: A modular shelving system available in a range of different sizes (from small to large configurations – calculations have been completed for all variants). The system consists of solid oak shelves (Oak 20) supported by round wooden dowels as the load-bearing elements. The shelves are assembled by sliding them into place, with a smaller dowel inserted at the end to lock the entire construction securely. Assembly is simple and carried out by the customer. This piece is part of our Oswald Furniture Collection – a relaunch of a furniture series originally produced in the 1960s by the company’s founder (my grandfather, Oswald). 100% of the production takes place in our factory on the small island of Kvarøy in Helgeland, Nordland, Norway. This includes all design development, processing, surface treatment, and packaging.
