Founded in 2023, Pind is Norway’s only full-scale manufacturer of power sockets and electrical installation components.
From its 10 000-square-metre facility in Åmot, Modum, the company is on a mission to build a leading Norwegian enterprise in the field – combining development, production, warehousing and sales under one roof.
“We’ve brought together the very best in market expertise, product development, materials science, production technology and design. Collectively, we have over a hundred years of specialised experience – driven by people who are passionate about what they do and where they do it,” says Tarjei Neverlien.

Pind supplies products to Norwegian installers for use in Norwegian buildings. Demonstrating its strong connection to Norway – and highlighting local development and production – is a key priority for the company, not only towards the electrical industry but also for end users.
The electrical industry has shown strong support for Pind and market feedback has been unanimous: there is a clear demand for Norwegian-made electrical products.
“Pind is proud to be awarded the the official Made in Norway label. The label strengthens our message of innovative Norwegian products with modern design,” says Neverlien.

Advanced electrical sockets are the first products the company has rolled out. Over time, the product range will be expanded to include a broader selection of high-quality electrical installation materials.
Pind sells its products directly from its factory in Norway to wholesalers, aiming to become the preferred choice among Norwegian electricians when selecting electrical components. Ultimately, the products are installed in Norwegian homes, cabins and office buildings, where they are expected to deliver safety, reliability and seamless integration.

Pind proudly displays the Made in Norway label – a clear sign of origin, quality and commitment. To begin with, the label will be featured across its digital platforms and in communication with customers and partners. Over time, Pind will integrate it into brochures, product packaging and at trade fairs.
“Our core values are ‘Fast – Safe – Norwegian’, and the use of the Made in Norway label is key to communicating reliability and trust at every stage,” says Neverlien.
