16.09.2024 - 19.09.2024
Innovation Norway and the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Saudi Arabia invite you to represent Norway’s strong maritime heritage at the Norway Pavilion during the Saudi Maritime & Logistics Congress. Join us as an exhibitor or delegate.
There are 10 to 12 stand spaces available in the Norway Pavilion. The cost is approx. USD 6,000 per space. A company can request one or more of these spaces (max. 2 representatives per space).
We provide a high quality, turn-key stand. Instead of organizing your own booth, you can focus on your market activities. We do not offer space only solutions.
Please note: This is a preliminary cost estimate. We will try to keep the costs as low as possible depending on how many companies sign up. We would like to emphasise that this is a not-for-profit project.
Similar to previous years, Team Norway is considering organising additional activities outside the exhibition between 16th and 18th September, such as a Networking Reception, yard visits, and/or the opportunity for a presentation platform before the exhibition.
If this is of interest, please register and type “Visiting delegate only" in the last box on the registration form and we will get in touch with additional information. We estimate the participation fee to be c. USD 1,000.
Upgrade option: Have your company logo displayed on Team Norway’s pavilion wall and gain access to the pavilion for an additional cost of USD 1,000. This brings your total delegate participation fee to USD 2,000.
