How to get there

Venue cloakrooms

Free of charge. No items can be stored overnight. The cloakrooms are located on level 0 (down the stairs, in between hall entrances N4 & S4) and at the east end of the venue on level 0.

Parking

In order to guarantee a space, parking should be pre-booked via this website. The Venue car park only permits vehicles up to a maximum of 1.9 metres height. There are limited over-height vehicle spaces available for vehicles up to 2.8m.

Power plug adapter

Remember to bring an type G power plug adapter for The UK.

Embassy reception: 16 June in the evening (by invitation only)
Exhibition: Tuesday, 17 June: 09:00-19:00
Exhibition: Wednesday, 18 June: 09:00-16:00

The official GOW exhibitors' networking drinks reception will take place on 17 June from 17:00. We will have a business mixer at the pavilion from 16:00 to 17:00.

On Monday 16 June, you can prepare your stand between 14:00 and 20.00. (Innovation Norway and the stand constructor will be there between 14:00 and 16:00).

Team Norway will organise an exclusive reception at the Norwegian Ambassador's residence in London on 16 June. This event is by invitation only, and each company can expect to receive 2 invitations. Please ensure that the attendees from your company arrive early enough to participate in the reception.

5 May: Update your company info in the RenUK exhibitors app.

5 May: All exhibitors need to submit their vector logo (AI/EPS/PDF). Logo exhibitors should in addition also submit a short company text (max 50 characters – not words) for the logo wall to Veronica.broholm@innovasjonnorge.no

9 May: If you need a screen at your stand, order it directly from our stand constructor Joachim Høegh at joachim@messetjeneste.no.

14 May: Submit your graphic design to Joachim.

16 May: Public liability insurance submission to events@renewableuk.com.

30 May: Order freight and storage if needed.

30 May: Submit your content for the looping presentation at the Norway pavilion (High resolution image, 50 charachters text, logo).

2 June: Exhibitor pass registration.

Get your exhibitor passes by completing the Excel form attached at the bottom of this page and returning it to Veronica.broholm@innovationnorway.no by 2 June (strict and final deadline).

999 and 112 is the national emergency response service in the UK.

The Medical Treatment Room is located on Level 0 (car park level) close to Boulevard entrance between S4 and N4. There is an additional First Aid room located between shutters N10 & N11, just off the Boulevard.

First Aid point will open during the official hall opening hours.

Distribution of Promotional Material

• When preparing printed promotional materials for your stand, consider using digital brochures that can be displayed on screens or portable digital devices at the venue.
• When choosing merchandise for your stand, consider the materials used and the transportation distance to the venue.
• The use of plastic is strictly prohibited at the event. This may include, for example, packaging for any merchandise, cups, or soft drink plastic bottles. The event organisers, RenewableUK, have the right to ask you to remove and cease using any plastic-based merchandise or promotional material at your stand at any poin

Global Offshore Wind exhibition contracts and policies require all exhibitors to have a valid Public Liability Insurance of £5,000,000, and to insure any equipment or goods that will be brought into the exhibition halls.

Please note, as an Exhibitor you are required to carry Public Liability and Product Liability Insurance. Public Liability Insurance is not the same as Employers' Liability Insurance, which is mandatory in the UK. Public Liability Insurance covers the cost of claims made by members of the public for incidents that occur in connection with your business activities. It covers the cost of compensation for:
personal injuries
loss of or damage to property
death.

You may already have Public Liability cover, however, it is important to note that not all business policies offer cover for organised events taking place outside your business premises. If in doubt you should consult your insurance provider.

Lunch is not included in any exhibition or conference pass, but food outlets are available at various catering points within the exhibition hall and in the Boulevard.

We`ll have still and sparkling water plus Coca cola zero in the storage room at the Norway Pavilion. There are also free water refill stations in the Boulevard. They are located at East and West entrances and by Hall entrances S4 and S7. Bring your water bottle.

We`ll also have a barista at the pavilion.

We have a small storage room at the pavilion that can only accommodate small items. Bags and suitcases must be checked in at the cloakroom.

Venue cloakrooms are open during event hours and are free to use. The cloakrooms cannot accept cameras, laptop equipment or any other electronic devices. No items can be stored overnight.
