Norway pavilion at DIHAD 2024

The 20th edition of The Dubai International Humanitarian Aid & Development (DIHAD) Conference and Exhibition is held in 2024. The annual event serves the International Humanitarian Aid and Development Community in the Middle East, Africa, and the world. We now invite Norwegian companies to join the Norway Pavilion.

Sustainability in the humanitarian sector

Themed “DIHAD 2004-2024: Humanitarian Diplomacy and a Journey to the Future” the conference will gather key decision-makers from leading NGOs, UN Agencies, Charity Organisations, and governmental bodies, together with aid, education, and construction providers from the private sector. The goal is to address the needs of the people and countries affected by crises, disasters, and natural calamities. 

Participation fee

$4,000 for a “Meet and Greet Stand”.

The participation fee above will cover all direct costs related to exhibiting under the Norwegian Pavilion, potential speaking at one of DIHAD’s workshops and participating at Norway’s networking dinner. As this is an Innovation Norway-funded event, it is not possible to apply for additional funding through the Trade fair funding scheme. All participants are responsible for their own travel-related reservations and fees such as hotel and flights.

Join the Norway Pavilion

Our goal is to promote Norwegian sustainable solutions in the humanitarian sector, bringing them closer to the decision makers in UN and other NGOs offices in Dubai which decide on new projects in Asia and Africa including the Middle East.

Norwegian companies within the healthcare sector, companies producing nutrient-dense, shelf-stable foods, companies working within the construction industry, or other humanitarian aid related industries, should join the Norway Pavilion in Dubai.

If your company wants to supply to Africa og Asia, the DIHAD 2024 will give you the opportunity to build the right connections: 

• Our partner The Royal Norwegian Embassy in Abu Dhabi will sponsor a networking dinner.
• Norwegian companies may also utilise the event to arrange for meetings with their local and regional partners within and outside the humanitarian sector. Several similar meetings took place at the Norwegian Pavilion last year.
• By taking part in a joint Norwegian effort, you will gain more attention and may reap the benefits of exposure other Norwegian companies get throughout the conference. We are stronger together!
